Celebrating 30 years of the Million Paws Walk

We are so excited to be supporting the RSPCA and joining in celebrations for 30 years of the Million Paws Walk, this Sunday 26 May.

It’s become such an important event on the national calendar for dog lovers, with more than 750,000 people and 400,000 pooches participating in the Million Paws Walk over time, and raising a phenomenal $16 million for animals in need.

Last year, nearly 20,000 dogs turned to the RSPCA for help. Many were victims of cruelty, bred to turn a profit, or abandoned by the humans they loved unconditionally.

Each step taken at Million Paws Walk helps to care for those dogs in need.

To support the ACT walk in 2024, the Pupoon will have a stall at the Patrick White Lawns near the National Library from 9am, with $10 from every Pupoon sold at the event donated to the RSPCA ACT.

So if you’re lucky enough to be in Canberra, grab your dog/s, collars, leads…and poop bags…and come check out the Pupoon stall before setting out on your walk for such a great cause.

Registrations open at 9am and the main event kicks off at 11am.

We hope to see you - and your furry friends - there.
